Hugo Chavez had a confrontation with primer minister of Spain and the King. The Ibero-American congress took place in Chile this year and Representatives went to discuss important issues. President Chavez called many time to the ex president of Spain Fascist. He also said that the ex president is not a human. Pr Chavez said many bad things about the ex president of Spain. The primer minister of Spain Zapatero didn’t like and he said that we have to respect others. The king of Spain eventually very angry said to Pr Hugo Chavez “why you don’t shut up” Pr Chavez is recognized for his high tone comments and his criticisms to others presidents.
